This course is perfect for sales, contracts, financial, procurement staff, as well as management charged with company compliance.
An introductory course focusing on sustainability regulation being implemented across the EU and globally, namely: circularity, supply chains, decarbonisation, and greenwashing and their respective regulation and governance. Providing an overview of the global regulatory framework, accompanying standards, and implementation timeframes, together with advice on how businesses can optimally prepare.
EU CBAM is complex and increasingly far reaching. This half-day course aims to help delegates understand carbon quantification, considering the various standards and schemes globally. Delegates will gain a practical understanding of establishing inventory boundaries; determining sources of data; applying emissions quantification approaches; and importantly, communicating and reporting carbon data.

This half-day course focuses on EU PPWR requirements and how it interacts with other EU and global regulation. It covers how the regulation impacts packaging labelling; details on reuse and refill targets for several types of packaging; details on bans and restrictions of certain materials, formats, and substances; how the regulation alters existing EPR requirements and fee structures; and much more.
The module guides delegates through the process of developing a full and compliant sustainability report from strategy, scope and goals through to metrics, stakeholder engagement and governance; whilst importantly, highlighting how report content addresses and complies with key regulation within the EU and globally. Delegates are asked to reflect on their respective companies, applying the theory and practical guidance delivered during the module to their own operations.

This half-day training course explores the different modes of service delivery, establishing a commercial presence overseas, GATS provision and preferential trade, handling of tax (EU VAT, US nexus, etc.), contract jurisdiction, in-market regulation, recognition of professional qualifications, GDPR, Intellectual Property Rights, compliance, and much more.
